Summary:
Psellos replied clearly to Ioannes kaisar's strange and bewitching words, stating that nobody had paid him money. As for Konstantinos X, there had been a change in his attitude, so he had no idea how he would be received at court; but even if Konstantinos drove him away with insults he would not go, as the emperor was a good man. Psellos would joyfully meet Ioannes the next day
