Konstantinos X reversed many decisions of Isaakios I, especially punishment of men of Michael VI

Konstantinos X took care of of state affairs with clemency and moderation. He appointed to offices many common people and senators too, and reinstated the many state officials turned into private individuals during Isaakios' reign and deprived of their glory and honour
