Presented to the doux of Thessalonike Nikephoros 3 an imperial decree (of Konstantinos 10) requesting him to investigate thoroughly a complaint from Iveron that some of its properties and paroikoi on Athos had been seized unlawfully: in association with Theodoros 120, Michael 151 (in the month of October of the 15th indiction, in the year 6570 (1061):κατὰ μῆνα Ὀκτώβριον τῆς ιε´ ἰνδ. του ͵ςφο´ ἔτους) προσκυνητὴν γραφήν Iveron 2.90.1-4

Demetrios, paroikos of Iveron (Demetrios 112)

Although a paroikos of Iveron, he had been seized unlawufully, and when the monastery complained to the emperor (Konstantinos 10) an investigation was carried out by Nikephoros 3 and Michael 152 was sent to make sure that he returned to Iveron: in association with Stephanos 110, Konstantinos 136, Ioannes 163, Petros 112, Stephanos 111 (:) ἀπεδόθησαν αὐτοῖς οἱ εὑρεθέντες παρά τινων κατεχόμενοι Iveron 2.90.9-12

While investigating a complaint by Iveron he was presented with the acts of Ioannes 147 and Basileios 127 which mentioned that according to a chrysobull of Basileios 2 the monastery had been granted 40 paroikoi and 60 households exempted from taxes (:) παροίκους μὲν ἀτελεῖς τεσσαράκοντα οἴκους δὲ ἐξκουσσάτους ἑξήκοντα Iveron 2.90.4-7
