Konstantinos X lamented the lot of exiles he had himself condemned

Summary:
Konstantinos X, after the major plot on his life, invited Psellos to dine with him. At one point he stopped eating and burst into tears, remembering that those exiled for the plot would not be feasting like them. He hated indulging himself while others were in trouble
