There were further complaints from Vatopedi against Hagios Hypatios to the emperor and patriarch. Following the Easter gathering of hegoumenoi, Hilarion the protos of Athos took 15 prominent hegoumenoi and went to the property on Athos disputed between Vatopedi and Hagios Hypatios. He summoned Iakobos, hegoumenos of Hagios Hypatios, who was unable to to attend as he was in the capital. Theodosios, hegoumenos of Vatopedi, presented the relevant purchase documents, and the property was confirmed to Vatopedi.
