Nikoulitzas Delphinas sent to Constantinople & punished

Summary:
Andronikos Philokales, katepano of Bulgaria sent Nikoulitzas and other leaders from Peteriskos to Constantinople, where they saw the emperor and stayed four months. The patriarch Ioannes Xiphilinos did not let the emperor break the amnesty: in fact he absolved Nikoulitzas. The emperor sent Nikoulitzas to prison in the Marmarote at Amaseia, where he wrote the story for the father of Kekaumenos, who pased it to his son
