  • Pelagonia assassination plot 2: he waylaid emperor Manuel 1 at night with more ‘Isaurians’; Manuel was warned and coolly escaped, despite delay of help under Ishaq 17001 (a little later:ὀλίγῳ δὲ ὕστερον) Kinnamos 129.15
  • As he reached the emperor Manuel 1’'s tent to kill him, realising the guards had drawn their swords, he stopped, pretended to defecate, and gave up (:) Kinnamos 129.9-15
