Manuel issued a chrysobull in favour of monasteries

Summary:
Manuel I in the fifteenth year of his reign enacted that no harrassment could be inflicted on Byzantine monasteries in connection with any of their properties, confirming it with a chrysobull. This freed the monks from any need to become involved in litigation
