Summary:
Georgios Tornikes wrote to recommend son of a priest in Athens to Georgios, metropolitan of Athens. In the capital, since Theodotos II died, the patriarchate too was dead, an organism without a head; but anonymous libels were flying. He ended the letter with mention of his cousin Euthymios and his brother Leon
